I was born in 73. My knee pain was diagnosed as a rough beginning, and I took many treatments that only stopped the pain, but my knee is stiff and immobile. However, after using these vitamins, my knees have returned to vitality. I can now sit on the ground (for a short period) and pray, thanking God.

The composition and dosage of each vitamin and mineral are spot on: 1 tablet contains everything you need each day, even lutein for the eyes! I feel energised, in a good mood, and cheerful.
